Yearly Membership is due each May at the Cost of $50. Active Membership grants you access to conferences. To obtain membership; you can apply and pay online by creating an account, once approved you can add yearly membership to your cart and pay online. To pay by check or cash or if your department is paying; simply print the pdf and mail to the address on the form. Thank You!
