My name is Ana Banks. I am currently employed full time at the Reservoir Police Department in MS. The majority of my focus in law enforcement in DUI enforcement. Before moving to Mississippi, I worked for the Huntsville Police Department in Huntsville, AL. I graduated the Huntsville Police Academy in July of 2016 and was certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. During my time at the Huntsville Police Department, I worked 2nd shift as a patrol officer from 2016 to 2017. I was awarded the top officer in traffic citations written during my first year of service. In 2017 I became a member of the DUI Task Force where I served the remainder of my time at the department. In August of 2017 I became certified in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement. Shortly after, in January of 2018 I became an SFST Instructor. In June of 2018 I attended the Drug Recognition Expert Course in Selma, AL and received my certification in July of 2018. I now serve on the board of directors as the Sergeant at Arms for Sobriety Trained Officers Representing Mississippi.
